Adriana Lodolo is the founder and director of the California-based innovation strategy company Machinista I/O. She designs immersive, high-impact strategies and innovation experiences that break barriers and drive real transformation for entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams.

Certified in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® advanced methodologies and with expertise in design thinking, Adri guides teams in reassessing their collaboration processes and tackling challenges in a structured and interactive way.

For over twenty years, she's helped teams and group leaders find clarity and direction by combining creative leadership, data-driven strategy, and facilitation at Netflix, Univision, Fox, and HBO. A four-time immigrant, she's well-versed in the challenges that global strategy demands.
